In the diverse role as General Manager Kirsty has two key focuses. The first is the day to day management and operational function of the firm including Administration, IT, Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounting and Business Systems.
As part of the Leadership Team, the second aspect to Kirsty's role is in the planning and implementation of the strategic direction of the firm to further position O'Brien's to meet the future needs of our clients.
Throughout both aspects of her role Kirsty develops and maintains professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels including senior management and business owners to achieve the desired outcomes for the firm.
