As a result of continued growth, we are looking for an experienced CSO who will support our advisors through the implementation of compliant advice, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships, as well as;

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and requests.
  • Coordinating the team’s workload and reviewing all ROA and SOA documents for advisors.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Providing administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings; and
  • Assisting in projects for process improvement, technology, and client experience.

As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our firm.  This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned professional with a robust technical background, effective supervisory skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio of entities including companies, trusts, self-managed super funds, partnerships, and individuals. In addition, this role will;

  • Review and finalise tax compliance work prepared by other accountants
  • Manage workflow and build relationships with client base
  • Provide solid commercial guidance while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare complex tax work, including Div7A, CGT and FBT
  • Excellent computer and IT skills, with proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems, including Xero and FYI.
  • Participate in the knowledge sharing and development of undergraduates, graduates and accountants.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your time and work independently
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. As the first point of call for our clients, professionalism and personability coupled with a confidential and sensitive approach to work are crucial for success in this role. This role will be working closely with Directors and Senior Management, and execute a variety of administrative functions including;

  • Maintaining and updating the client database accurately, acting as the main custodian of client records.
  • Liaising with third parties through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Managing ATO and ASIC lodgements, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Organising correspondence and communications efficiently and professionally.
