We are seeking a Senior Advisor to join our team.
Objective of the role
Dual role: Senior Advisor to clients and, transitioning to, leading an accounting team of 7-8 staff within 12 months.
Leadership: Ultimately you will run a weekly team meeting to ensure work is evenly allocated according to competency. Responsible for delivery of a team revenue budget and ensuring work is delivered on time.
Client focus: Manage a portfolio of business clients and high net wealth individuals, advising on both commercial and taxation arrangements and guiding their decision making.
Financial focus: Identify new work opportunities via the expanded service offering. You will be allocated an achievable new business revenue target to be obtained from existing or new clients.
People focus: You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff and overseeing their training and professional development through delivery of a structured training program within our HR framework.
In addition, you will be expected to reflect the Firm’s values to the highest degree.
